Blackberry

I have a daughter.
She is 14 years old.And now she wants a blackberry for Christmas.
I said I will not buy it because she doesn´t need it.
The problem is that a lot of her friends have it.And all of them communicate with it.
She says it is only to use for finding out "whats up" with her friends.It is free.
But it´s not only for this.They waste time using this.
She doesn´t want anything else.She doesn´t ask for anything else.
I remember when I was a child and my father bought me clothes or things I needed.
Times change.I don´t think is only that.
A new development of technology that not only created new means of communication but a new addiction. These devices addictive, created as a support tool, which eventually became a unit of "fashion" among young people to communicate.
Interpersonal relations are limited to that, just talking through a cell phone. Also this device is half distractor on the lives, because as an element that always used and simply do not come off of it.
