Sauna



Today I went to the swimming pool with my daughters like I do every Saturday.
I decided to relax inside the sauna.
I didn´t know a lot about the difference between the humid or dry sauna.
The obvious difference between the sauna and steam is the presence of water.
The two different types of heat are beneficial to one´s health.
The humidity of the sauna is very beneficial for the skin, while favoring the circulation of blood.
The dry sauna: its main therapeutic use is in the induction of mental and physical relaxation, which provides if taken correctly and regularly.
I didn´t say I use to go there, but I didn´t know how good they can be if we use them in the right way.
Today was a very good day for me.
