We all had a rainy day. How do you feel on a rainy day?
Here the weather is usually good. I think that is the reason why I do not like a lot these days.
Weather affects the mood.
Just look at the customs of Nordic societies, and compare them to equatorial societies.
Places like Finland, Sweden and Germany people are more distant, lonely and reserved. In contrast, in areas such as the Caribbean people are more sociable and confident.
To be sad on cloudy days and more cheerful and active in su my days is not uncommon. It is a scientifically proven fact: the weather directly affects our bodies and therefore our mood.
Change of season and we change our habits. With the arrival of autumn comes the coats and umbrellas , when it's cold ,food should be more complete to stay healthy before the virus.
But when it's warm ,clothing is lighter, light food and we require more hydration to avoid heat stroke.
