Expired food


Many times, the labellings establish the date more for the loss of flavor ,that because they are harmful for the health.

The eggs can last between three and five weeks.

Every European throws a year 179 kilos of food to the garbage. And an important portion of them comes from the food that are thrown by confusion or for fear that they are not good.
The labelling does not answer to safety terms, but to the loss of properties of flavor.
Some of this food are the nachos, the chocolate or even the eggs.
Nachos can be mellow but not for this they are bad.

Also the yogurt can last more than six weeks.

The chocolate can last a lot of time, but often a white cap develops when it is exposed to the air. This happens when it departs from the crystalline fat melts and rises up to the surface. But it is good to eat.

Milk demonstrates symptoms of being bad (badly flavor) a long before it could cause some problem for the health. The important thing is the container does not leave to  environment temperature, it to be kept closed and it to have in the icebox to some 2ÂșC.
