The persons who wake up of natural form when the sun goes out , even without a coffee  every morning are happier and they feel more satisfied with their  lives.

Those who tend to go to bed and to wake up early sleep better, feel more alert during the day and have the strongest immune system. 
The persons who tend to go to bed later  suffer social jet lag , that is to say, that his biological clock is not synchronized with the " social clock ", the schedule or the agenda that imposes the modern life.
